Just Wow! Starting my 1st year with Ground Up. Initial estimate meeting with Ryan covered all my needs but he also recognized some additional areas that his company can help with. He said quote would be available by midnight. I wasn't expecting a reply that quick (never had that quick of reply from a contractor, usually a week or 2, if reply at all), but sure enough it was in my mailbox that night! All areas covered with detailed pricing to highlight work to be completed (simple, fair, accurate). April 1 received an email from Kyle kicking off the season with game plan for spring clean-ups. Really appreciated the communication. Fast forward 4 days and Ground Up arrived at my house and swept in like a team of Navy Seals equipped with all the tools and manpower to complete the clean up in 3 hours! What the team completed in 3 hours would have taken me the entire weekend (not to mention a sore back and lack of equipment needed to get same result)! What stood out during the clean-up was every Ground Up team member had job/role in the process and went to work! It was great to see the coordination of all working together to complete the work! When done I walked the perimeter with a smile. Looking forward to seeing my yard come to life this summer! Added full maintenance contract and fertilizer schedule (canceled Trugreen after 10 years) better value and commitment to quality makes it an easy choice! Ground Up restored my belief that there are good companies in the area committed to doing quality work! Exceeded Expectations!
